Our ground-breaking research revealed specific patterns and behaviors that lead to weight loss success or failure for different personalities. Through focus groups, case studies, on-line surveys and numerous workshop sessions, the information has been distilled into the most important information necessary to help participants follow their personality to the weight they love.
Where did it all start?
The Diet Styles training program came to fruition in 2010 after Mary Miscisin, MS and Ed Redard, MD teamed up to combine their wellness knowledge towards discovering the solution to weight loss for the individual.
